Aquatic machines - weed harvesters
Conver Weed Harvesters have been specifically developed to remove waterweeds and/or drifting refuse from watercourses and lakes.
Floating plants such as Lemna (duckweed) and common water hyacinth (Eichhornia Crassipes), as well as rooted plants such as Waterweed (Elodea) and many other types can be harvested using the three types of Conver Weed Harvesters. The differences between the machines are in their working depths, cutting widths and storage capacities.
Environmentally-friendly by virtue of a diesel/hydraulic Powerpack, equipped with load-sensing technology that is located below the deck in order to keep noise to a minimum. The watertight engine compartment also helps to protect the environment as unintentional fuel and lubricant spills cannot leak out into the water.
Robust and reliable propulsion by means of double augers that enable the vessel to cope with dense growth and poor conditions, whilst still remaining extremely manoeuvrable.
Loading and offloading via the stainless steel front conveyer to ensure that the operator always maintains a good view of the working area whilst retaining optimum control.
Ergonomics are also highly developed in these machines which come with luxury cabins or open working platforms that are always spacious, conveniently arranged and equipped with all the fittings needed to ensure comfortable operation.
