First renewed C87s CSD for GC Distribution

On friday 10 Juli the first renewed Conver C87s {link} cutter suction dredger has been delivered to our French dealer GC Distribution {link}. The machine shall be mainly working on the smaller navigable canals in France and is for that reason has been tested and approved by the French administration for inland navigation.

The CSD is executed with a 6" BP1515 dredge pump, which is driven by a 125 KW strong Perkins diesel engine. The maximume workingdepth in standard execution is 3,0m and because of the slewing fascillity on the ladder has a working width of 4,0m. The dredger is executed with its’own hydraulic auger propulsion system which gives the unit a considerable amount of practicality and independance.

On customer request the unit is supplied with 4 hydraulic winches. The standardised CSD concept can also be fitted with hydraulical sputpoles and if required a sput carriage.
