Dredging unit increases C485’s versatility

For the new Conver C485 various front arm attachments are available like T-mower, weed rake, but also a special hydarulic pushbow for pushing barges or a trash bucket for collecting floating trash (or golfballs). To this list is still a compact unit dredging is added.

The dredging unit is equipped with the standard C485 quick hitch coupler and can be used to remove organic silt up to 2 meters deep. The capacity is approximately 200 m3 per hour and the maximum discharge length is about 200 m. The 5" dredge pump is both horizontally and vertically adjustable. For use of this unit the standard mowing boat must be equipped with a 51 kW diesel engine and a few extra hydraulic provisions.
